- The FPM Training brand lacked confidence and their communications were fragmented without standout and meaning. Our role was to work with the FPM Training team to move both their brand and communications forwards.
- The key objective of this project was to create an impression of a successful, professional, larger than reality, organisation in a way that would assist them in achieving a better success rate in government tenders and gain better take up of the training courses they provide.
- The solution was an evolved identity, keeping the heritage of their existing brand through the continued use of their name and colour and the creation of a stronger brand graphic style, punctuated through the introduction of an abstract impression of a butterfly to represent transformation.
- Studio Richards’s role throughout this project, as well as developing their new brand identity, has also been the successful implementation of the brand across all touch points including, printed and digital communications.
- The success of the project has helped FPM Training win larger projects with the UK government and can now boast training courses that are regularly over subscribed. Studio Richards continue to work with FPM Training on the on-going development of their brand and communications.
- Through the project process we created a number of propositions and work-shopped these with the team. These were visualised across a number of brand touch points to test and future proof against the business strategy
